Starting October 1, 2025, our monthly membership fees will increase to $75/mo ($800/yr) for children and $129/mo ($1400/yr) for adults for all new and active members.

Registration fees: New members require a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee of $100/person. This covers the cost of record collection, creating the medical account, creating the patient portal, and more. Registration fee is maxed at $250 per immediate family (Parents/Children). FUSE.vip Card Holders and Redlands Chamber of Commerce Members have their Registration Fee waived
Cancellation policy: We aim to be transparent in all aspects of our business. If you decide to cancel, it's easy, you just let us know and we will stop your monthly fee after the next pay period and remain your doctor for 30 days after that. Of course, we hope to have a personal, honest, long-lasting, and open relationship with our patients. But, we understand things happen. There is no long term contract. However, if you cancel then decide to rejoin, you will be asked to pay a re-enrollment fee of $300. Our goal is to maximize disease prevention through continuous relationships.

The monthly membership cost is the same as a daily cup of coffee, a day on the golf course, or getting your nails done! Not only can you afford this, this will SAVE you money!
In the typical model, it is standard for you to be charged copays, facility fees, and then additionally for any procedure. It seems like these days patients will soon be charged for using the bathroom or using the water fountain —But FORGET all that! Plus, urgent care visits, especially ED visits when Urgent Care is not an option, charge much, much higher fees. On top of these cost, medical bills after insurance still amounts to large sums for things like labs, imaging, and medications - and often at a big surprise to the patient. All these charges and fees add up! Direct primary care avoids these extra, ambiguous, surprise charges and gives you transparent, simple, and predictable billing.
