Born and raised in a small town in the great state of North Carolina, Dr. Green hopes to provide quality, convenient, affordable, and personal care to the residents of his home state from across the country by allowing them to have a doctor on speed dial! This allows members to save time and money for concerns that do not need in-person management.

Our North Carolina members can use our service with unlimited virtual access for medical advice and most non-emergent conditions, which are listed below. Just text or call Dr. Green, and speak with him that day without a co-pay or additional fees.

Of course, certain aspects of the membership will not be possible and this will lead to the need of local health care providers. We encourage all NC members to keep a relationship with a local primary care doctor for their chronic disease management and concerns which need a thorough physical exam. We will not be managing chronic issues as we feel those aspects of health are better managed in-person. Memberships are offered at a significantly lower rate to keep our service at a high value.

Important Notice: Dr. Green encourages potential members to join BEFORE there is a concern, which allows Dr. Green and the member to develop a relationship prior to any acute illness. Members will have their initial meet and greet with Dr. Green via video to establish trust and discuss the benefits of membership- this is free. If membership is desired, the potential member will be assessed the $50 registration fee and the monthly payment on the recurrent date of their choosing, either the first (1st) or fifteenth (15th) of the month. If an acute illness is needed to be addressed during the initial meet and greet, an additional $50 fee will be assessed. Individuals who are not members will in no receive medical advice.

Registration fees: Adults 20 and older require a one-time, nonrefundable registration fee of $50. This covers the cost of record collection, creating the medical account, creating the patient portal, and other aspects of business operations.

Cancellation policy: We aim to be transparent in all aspects of our business. If you decide to cancel, it's easy, you just let us know and we will stop your monthly fee by the next pay period. Of course, we hope to have a personal, honest, long-lasting, and open relationship with our patients. But, we understand things happen. There is no long term contract. We respectfully ask for a 30 day notice so that we can plan and organize your departure. If you cancel then decide to rejoin, you will be asked to pay a reenrollment fee of $150. Our goal is to maximize the doctor-patient connection through continuous relationships.
